Meet Rachel

The ‘Confident Authors’ Approach
Rachel’s unique approach blends 15+ years of editorial experience working with over 150 authors on their books with a high-touch, supportive process. At Confident Authors, the focus is on quality, integrity, and partnership. There are too many small publishing companies out there who want to rush you through the process. That is not how we do things here :)
We want your experience to be empowering, uplifting, thoughtful… and even fun! Yes, it is possible to write your authority-building book while still having fun!
Your book lets you serve more people without giving more of yourself.
It bridges the gap between where you are and where you want to go in your business. This is how you scale without burning out.
What Clients Are Saying
“I am happy that you talked me off the ledge when I was freaking out about sharing too much in my book. You helped me remember that's what's authentic and that readers will connect with that and say, wow, someone gets me.”
— Maria Piantanida, psychiatric nurse practitioner and bestselling author of The Simple Art of Getting Unstuck
“I have felt safe the whole way through this process. As someone writing about past trauma, that was so important to me. To have the work feel approachable and safe. Thank you.”
— Memoir ghostwriting client writing about coercive control
“I feel understood. My whole life, I’ve felt misunderstood, and I’ve had this belief that maybe no one could ever really get it. But working with you, I finally felt like someone does get it. It’s such a comforting feeling. Thank you so much for working with me, especially on such heavy subjects. The understanding you’ve reflected means the world to me.”
— Ghostwriting client writing about psychological abuse
“Rachel's work as a book shaman is such a unique gift. She makes the writing process therapeutic and healing. I feel seen, supported, and understood every step of the way. Rachel brings such positive, uplifting energy. She pulls me out of the darkness and reminds me what's possible.”
— Ghostwriting client
“Thank you for writing my book. I couldn’t have done this project without you.”
— Former NFL player and elite fitness coach
Creative, precise, poised, timely and professional are all characteristics that describe Rachel’s work. In very short order I came to trust Rachel as both a ghostwriter/editor and as a person. Rachel also went beyond the role of a traditional editor and has helped both creatively and from a business perspective, all the while maintaining an exceptional client/writer relationship in what is a high-pressure environment. The end result: We’ve engaged her for other projects and will continue to do so. Highly recommended.”

Your Expertise in a Bestselling Book
Your book is a strategic expression of your experience, leadership, and hard-earned expertise. If you want to expand your reach through podcast interviews, speaking engagements, and seminars or online programs, a book positions you to do exactly that.
Ch@tGPT can’t write this book for you—not if you want to weave your unique approach and human voice into it. You need an expert who understands how to structure your book and how to translate your lived experience into a page-turner that your audience will connect with.
You need a professional ghostwriter who understands both the responsibility of representing your work accurately and the craft required to shape it into a clear, credible, impactful book.
Rachel Warmath is that ghostwriter.
How the Ghostwriting Process Works
-
During a complimentary 30-minute discovery call, we will ask you about your vision for the book and where you want it to take you. This includes clarifying your goals, your audience, comp titles, and the deeper reason you feel called to write it.
-
Ideally we’ll spend a few days together in person going over the main ideas and stories in your book. We will also do a series of recorded follow-up interviews on Zoom to draw out the main themes, topics, and structure of the book.
-
We’ll start with a chapter sample or two to get the voice and tone nailed down.
-
As chapters take shape, we organize the material into a coherent narrative arc. You’ll provide feedback at several points along the way and we’ll do Zoom calls to discuss how the book is shaping up.
-
Writing a book can stir up doubt, vulnerability, and resistance. We address those moments as part of the process, not as obstacles. You’ll receive guidance as we keep moving forward without rushing, forcing anything, or bypassing what’s coming up.
-
You’ll have several rounds of reviewing material and providing feedback. Before the final manuscript is delivered, it’s copy edited for accuracy as well.
-
We will help you understand your options for publishing whether you’re looking to pitch to traditional publishers or publish independently. You’ll leave with a clear sense of direction and answers to any of your questions.
Investment
A professionally ghostwritten book is a significant and meaningful investment, reflecting the time, expertise, and responsibility required to produce high-quality work.
At Confident Authors, projects begin at $50,000.
Clients who choose this path do so because they see their book as a long-term asset.
Your book speaks for you when you're not in the room. It opens the door to bigger podcast interviews and stages. It gives you leverage to raise your prices, do fewer 1:1 client sessions, and start running group programs that bring in more revenue.
This is how you step into a bigger version of leadership.
You’re not just investing in a tangible book product—you’re investing in a platform that supports speaking opportunities, partnerships, and scalable offerings.
Payment Plans & Return on Investment
We offer flexible payment plans and are happy to discuss an option that aligns with your business. Two options we offer for $50,000 projects:
5 monthly payments of $10,000
10 monthly payments of $5,000
There is a 5% discount available if you pay in full up front.
Here are examples of how clients have recouped or leveraged their investment:
If you run a $5,000 group program, enrolling 10 people covers the investment.
If you offer private coaching or consulting at $15,000, just four clients gets you there.
If you speak and charge $7,500 per talk, five bookings can recoup the cost.
Some clients land one or two larger contracts or partnerships because the book clearly shows what they do and why it matters.
Others notice they’re attracting better-fit clients or charging higher rates because their work is easier to understand and trust.
What Sets Us Apart
Editorial Expertise + A Human Touch
We have decades of experience in ghostwriting, developmental editing, and book development. We are passionate about creating high-quality books written by humans, not AI.

Writing a book can be demanding. We’ll do the heavy lifting to get your book written without you feeling overwhelmed or burned out.

Is Ghostwriting Only for Established Business Owners?
Not necessarily.
We work with both established and emerging leaders in health and wellness. Some clients already run successful practices or multi-six-figure businesses and are ready to scale their influence through publishing. Others are in a season of refinement and want to clarify their methodology before expanding.
What matters most is that you’re committed to the book as a serious body of work and want professional support that respects your expertise and long-term goals.
